Coin Copilot provides cryptocurrency market information, simulated portfolios, alerts, and AI-generated explanations for learning. All portfolio balances, positions, profits, and losses are virtual. Virtual funds have no monetary value and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred to an exchange, or redeemed. The app does not execute real cryptocurrency transactions or hold cryptocurrency for you.

Market information, simulations, and AI outputs are not personalized real-world financial advice. AI may suggest simulated buy, sell, hold, or rebalance actions but does not execute them. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, and simulated results do not predict actual investment performance. Do not include passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or other secrets in prompts or portfolio names.

Market data is supplied through Coinranking and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Simulated trade prices can differ from exchange execution prices. The alert service is scheduled to check conditions every 15 minutes; brief price movements may be missed. Alerts and portfolio summaries depend on permissions, connectivity, and service availability. They are not guaranteed to arrive at a particular time and never place trades.

Use only accounts you are authorized to access and keep sign-in credentials secure. Do not access another person's records, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful content. Eligibility and any minimum-age requirements must be confirmed before the final terms are published.

The pricing section is a preview, not a checkout offer. Subscriptions and plan limits are not active in the current app. The planned Free tier includes one portfolio with a 10k or 50k starting virtual balance, one base fiat currency, three active alerts, and no personalized AI insights. Premium is proposed at US$7.99 per month or US$59.99 per year paid annually, with the same Premium features on either billing option. Premium would allow larger starting balances and additional portfolios, alerts, and AI usage. Starting balances are in the selected portfolio currency; subsequent portfolio growth above 50k would not require upgrading a Free portfolio.

RevenueCat is planned for subscription management. Before purchases are enabled, the app will disclose final local prices, included features and quotas, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, purchase restoration, and refund information. No paid subscription or trial can currently be started on this website. Proposed plans may change before launch; an early-access request is not a purchase.

The current app has no one-tap portfolio reset. You can delete a portfolio from its details and create another with fresh virtual cash. Deleting it removes its positions. Settings > Delete account removes your account, profile photo, and linked app records. These actions cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy draft explains the limits of what has been confirmed about logs, caches, and backups.

Features may be unavailable during outages or maintenance. Coin Copilot branding, software, and original content, and third-party materials, remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Final terms will describe permitted use and any suspension or termination process. Material changes will be communicated where required. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The operator's legal identity, business address, country of establishment, applicable jurisdiction, and dispute process must be confirmed before these terms are finalized. This draft does not select a jurisdiction or waive mandatory consumer rights.
